🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as an Agronomist in agriculture, preferably in fruit cultivation or vineyards
- Strong knowledge of crop management, soil health, and agricultural practices
- Understanding of raw material sourcing for brandy/alcohol production is an advantage
- Ability to monitor and improve crop yield and quality
- Basic to good knowledge of English language (spoken and/or written)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Duty Hours: 9 hours per day
- Working Days: 6 days per week
